While overseeing Broadleaf’s internal recruitment process, Judy works to identify, develop, and grow the organization’s internal talent and helps foster a cohesive progression model to create future leaders to ensure the company is poised for growth. In her past role as the Senior Director of Client Delivery at Broadleaf Judy was instrumental in building the company’s high volume and strategic RPO and MSP accounts while leading a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Judy’s previous professional experience featured roles at two multi-national RPO providers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH.
