Aleron Welcomes New General Counsel

Aleron, a leading, global provider of workforce and business solutions, announced today Mark Stuhlmiller as its new General Counsel. In this role, Mark will oversee Aleron’s Legal and Contracts Department and lead the company’s legal initiatives.

Mark brings extensive experience advising international companies in the staffing and workforce solutions space, having previously served as in-house legal counsel at Computer Task Group for nearly 20 years, most recently as Deputy General Counsel.

“I’m excited to be joining the Aleron team as the organization strengthens its presence and capabilities—not only here in western New York, but globally, as well,” Mark said. “The rules and regulations shaping the workforce industry are constantly evolving. At Aleron, we have a vital role to play in keeping our clients and partners abreast of these changes and how such rules will impact their businesses.”

Mark is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received both his JD and MBA in Management Information Systems. He received his LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Mark is also an Adjunct Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Niagara University, and Medaille College, teaching economics and business law. He resides in Buffalo with his wife and two daughters.
