Our Actions
Aleron’s DEIB Committee has established the following objectives, with the goal of attracting, retaining, and engaging a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizational culture that empowers individuals to share their unique perspectives and experiences and fosters respectful communication and collaboration among all employees.
Provide professional development and learning opportunities around relevant topics to increase awareness of DEIB issues and opportunities and promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity.
Expand policies and practices to increase diversity in hiring and talent acquisition, both internally and in support of our clients and suppliers.
