Summary
We are seeking an accomplished client relationship manager and executive search expert with proven track record of success sourcing talent, evaluating leadership competencies and technical skills, and successfully driving the offer to hire process for 4-6 open executive search assignments assigned ongoing. Ideally, this is someone with a strong reputation, senior-level contacts in an existing national or local client base.  This candidate will also possess deep subject matter expertise in one or more TalentRise industry or functional verticals. 
As the Executive Search Lead Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to recruit for client's looking to fill critical, executive positions typically at the Director to C-level in their organization.

We offer a flexible work model which hybrid and full time remote options that would allow for the Lead Recruiter's work to be completed from his/her home office, TalentRise's HQ in Buffalo, Chicago, or from one of Aleron's offices in the US as mutually agreed upon  https://aleroninc.com/aleron-locations.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of all assigned executive search assignments
  • Act as an advisor and business partner working collaboratively with clients and candidates, aiming to provide a seamless, high touch experience
  • Fill all search assignments with highly qualified talent in a timely fashion 
  • Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter of talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.
  • Maintain clear operational and brand distinction for TalentRise by adhering to the firm's style guidelines.
  • Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care.  
  • Ensure the presentation of high-quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.
  • Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.
  • Construct and negotiate complex executive offer packages and facilitate executive onboarding experience to set the new hires up for success
  • Engage in an adaptive strategy process and recommend performance measures that focus on achieving the mutually established vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the firm.
  • Perform other team participation and firm capacity building roles and responsibilities as needed.
  • Build your brand through a wide variety of marketing initiatives (social, speaking engagements, blog posts, email campaign conference attendance) that promote yourself and the firm as subject matter experts in the market
  • Demonstrate diligence in following all company data management practices to ensure all viable candidates are entered and managed in the company ATS system. This ensures accurate tracking of engagement recruitment metrics and search analytics shared with clients on our BI dashboard
  • Demonstrate advanced computer proficiency for effective and timely electronic communication, candidate research, written reports, and verbal presentations.

  • Participate in ongoing educational programs, training, meetings, and other practices to maintain the highest level of knowledge within the industry.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate and/or third-party executive search with demonstrated success managing a full-cycle search process 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills paramount to perform in a multi-client and fast paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and organizational savvy necessary to understand and anticipate future business and talent needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, planning, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively interact and present to both internal and external senior management  
  • Ability to deliver results through exceptional project management skills and natural leadership capabilities
  • Professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with clients and colleagues
  • Desire to work independently, but also enjoy the comradery of a team approach
  • Willingness to travel as needed
