Job Summary: 
The Project Implementation Coordinator for will be responsible for the successful implementation and support of the UKG Dimensions Time and Leave platform within business processes in the Acara Program.  The role will coordinate the role-out of a new timekeeping and leave management application to Acara Contractor and customer manager teams across multiple industries and locations.  The duties will include working directly with a variety of stakeholders and partners to communicate, track, train-out and support the project phases.  The role will include leading activities in one-on-one and group settings. The Project Coordinator role will include conducting and tracking training activities and acting as the Point of Contact and resolution for business and customer teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the project implementation steps for each Acara customer population through a standard process of communication, training, testing and implementation hyper care support. 
  • Work as a project liaison to with the Program teams, contractors and customer managers for various steps in the project through direct and indirect communication.
  • Develop training content and then train Contractor and Manager populations on the use of the platform through self-service and interactive training methods.
  • Coordinate with the Aleron IT project teams for a variety of implementation process needs.
  • Act as tier 1 "hyper-care support' for new implementation populations
  • Go above and beyond to ensure each new user of the platform understands and can effectively use the new platform.
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings to support west coast business hours

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years' experience working in a professional environment. 
  • 1 or more years' experience in a project coordination or project leadership role.
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Experience training users on software platforms or with a new business process. 
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills including ability to manage different reactions to change.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to move project steps forward.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience in TimeKeeping or Leave management platforms.
  • Experience in support for HR operations or HCM technology.
  • Experience working in a team as part of a large project.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to find solutions quickly.
  • Analytical mindset.
