The Executive Team

With one of the longest-tenured leadership teams in our industry (the executives below tally more than 180 years of experience), Aleron’s companies and agile programs are anchored by expertise and collaborative teamwork.

 

Scott Stenclik

Scott Stenclik is CEO of Superior Talent Resources, Inc., dba Superior Group.  Superior Group provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, payrolling, and recruitment process outsourcing services.  The organization has a workforce of more than 8,700 employees and maintains service locations throughout the United States, and also in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.  Stenclik has led Superior since 1992, and has been with the organization since 1986.  Prior to Superior, he worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant.  Stenclik earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lynne Marie Finn

Lynne Marie Finn serves as President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, Inc., another Aleron company.  Broadleaf is one of the largest woman-owned workforce solutions organizations in the U.S. and provides a complement of business services, including managed service programs (MSPs) automated by the company’s proprietary Work Nexus® vendor management system (VMS), independent contractor screening services, statement of work (SOW) management, and other workforce productivity solutions.  Prior to serving as President and CEO of Broadleaf, Finn operated as general counsel for Superior.  Finn graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Brian Christel

Brian Christel serves as President of Superior.  Christel has more than 25 years of staffing experience and is responsible for new business development, sales management, business strategy, key account management, and profitability.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Cam Moeser

Cam Moeser serves as the Senior Vice President, Recruitment and Program Management for Superior. At the company, Moeser is responsible for the overall management of the recruitment processes for national accounts, key account/program management, and the development of innovative, comprehensive recruiting strategies that will provide a competitive advantage over our competitors’ sales and marketing approaches, recruitment tools, branding, planning, and retention. Moeser earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Whittier College.

Chris Beckage

Chris Beckage serves as the Senior Vice President, North Region for Superior. In this role, Beckage provides insight into business development efforts for Superior’s offices and works with decision makers to provide workforce alignment solutions that allow companies to maximize productivity at the best available cost. His expertise lends to being a resource that understands market trends, best practices, and talent acquisition and retention plans.  Prior to his current role, Beckage operated as Regional Manager for Superior.  He received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Bart Stanley

Bart Stanley serves as Senior Vice President, South Region for Superior.  With more than 25 years of experience, Stanley has provided workforce and staffing solutions to numerous customers across a vast array of industries.  His expertise focuses on staff augmentation and workforce management, design and implementation of managed services programs, co-employment risk mitigation services, and client relationship and account management.  Stanley earned his bachelor’s degree in management science from the University of Central Florida.

Carol Riley

Carol Riley is Vice President, Client Delivery for Broadleaf. Having been with the organization for more than 25 years, Riley has held several positions during her tenure with the organization. She previously operated as National Accounts Manager, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager. Today, Riley works with national MSP/VMS customers on a consultative basis, providing Work Nexus programs that not only lead the industry, but also help to develop best practices.  She also collaborates with her customers to deliver process improvements and efficiency-generating innovations.  Riley received her degree from Bryant and Stratton.

Alana Alcini

Alana Alcini is Vice President of Operations, West Region for Superior. Alana spearheads all recruitment and operational strategies in the West Region.

Ryan Stenvick

Ryan Stenvick is Vice President of Business Development, West Region for Superior. Stenvick leads all business development efforts within the West Region. He received a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona in Business with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources.

Dave Savarise

Dave Savarise serves as Vice President of Business Development for Broadleaf. He assists companies with examining hiring processes to help them improve access to qualified talent, deliver cost savings, mitigate risk, and drive innovation. He provides bundled solutions for contingent, direct and outsourced services, offering increased flexibility in the workforce. Prior to his current position, Savarise founded Blue Bear Consulting, and served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of two other workforce solutions companies. He received his degree from Arizona State University, in Purchasing and Logistics Management, and currently resides in the Greater Denver area.

Chris Delaney

Chris Delaney is Vice President, Major Account Development for Superior. Delaney is responsible for leading, developing and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DOD, aerospace and related companies. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.

Debra Pagtolingan

Debra is Vice President of Business Development, South Region for Superior. Debra manages overall business development strategies in the South Region, focusing on the achievement of revenue and profitability goals through the application of consistent and effective sales strategies. Debra attended Chapman University and Texas Christian University.
