Scott Stenclik is CEO of Acara Solutions, Inc. Acara provides leading-edge contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, payrolling, and recruitment process outsourcing services. The organization has a workforce of more than 8,700 employees and maintains service locations throughout the United States, and also in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. Stenclik has led Acara since 1992, and has been with the organization since 1986. Prior to Acara, he worked in audit and tax consulting at Ernst & Young LLP, and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. Stenclik earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Lynne Marie Finn
Lynne Marie Finn serves as President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, Inc., another Aleron company. Lynne leads strategy development and execution in conjunction with the executive suite, and she has been with Broadleaf for over 25 years. She also serves on the finance committee for WBENC, and is a former board member. She is a Vice Chair and board member of WPEO (Women Presidents’ Educational Organization) and is a member and serves on the foundation board of the Committee of 200 (C200). The Federal Reserve Bank of New York has appointed Finn to the Upstate New York Regional Advisory Board. Finn received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Executive Editor of Law and Policy in International Business, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Brian Christel serves as President of Acara Solutions. Christel has more than 25 years of staffing experience and is responsible for new business development, sales management, business strategy, key account management, and profitability. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Cam Moeser serves as the Senior Vice President, Recruitment and Program Management for Acara. At the company, Moeser is responsible for the overall management of the recruitment processes for national accounts, key account/program management, and the development of innovative, comprehensive recruiting strategies that will provide a competitive advantage over our competitors’ sales and marketing approaches, recruitment tools, branding, planning, and retention. Moeser earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Whittier College.
Chris Beckage serves as the Senior Vice President, North Region for Acara. In this role, Beckage provides insight into business development efforts for Acara’soffices and works with decision makers to provide workforce alignment solutions that allow companies to maximize productivity at the best available cost. His expertise lends to being a resource that understands market trends, best practices, and talent acquisition and retention plans. Prior to his current role, Beckage operated as Regional Manager for Acara. He received a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Frank Gullo is the Chief Technology Officer for Aleron. He is responsible for providing technical leadership in all aspects of Aleron’s businesses by establishing technology vision, strategies, objectives, and growth through business enablement. With expertise in strategy and execution, Frank employs leading-edge methods to bridge the widening gap between business and technology. He received an undergraduate degree in English from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Ottawa.
As Vice President of Customer Engagement at Aleron, Bart creates revenue growth with key accounts through improving sustained customer satisfaction and expanding the breadth of clientele within each organization. Previously, Bart served as the Senior Vice President of the South Region for Acara Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience with the company, Bart has provided workforce and staffing solutions to numerous customers across an array of industries. Bart’s expertise focuses on staff augmentation, workforce management, and implementation of managed services programs.
Carol is Vice President of Customer Engagement at Aleron, a position in which she achieves customer excellence through maintaining and improving client satisfaction. She also pursues business growth through additional service lines and solutions. Previously, Carol was the Vice President of Client Delivery for Broadleaf. Having been with the organization for more than 30 years, Carol has a proven history of working with national customers on a consultative basis and providing MSP/TTM programs that not only lead the industry, but also help develop best practices.
Alana Alcini is Vice President of Operations, West Region for Acara Solutions. Alana spearheads all recruitment and operational strategies in the West Region.
Ryan Stenvick is Vice President of Business Development, West Region for Acara. Stenvick leads all business development efforts within the West Region. He received a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona in Business with an emphasis in Management and Human Resources.
Dave Savarise serves as Executive Vice President for Broadleaf. Dave leads sales for the organization and also focuses on optimizing operations to fully embed Broadleaf’s mature RPO service model within its total talent management programs. Prior to joining Broadleaf, Dave founded Blue Bear Consulting, and served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of two other workforce solutions companies. He received his degree from Arizona State University, in Purchasing and Logistics Management.
Chris Delaney is Vice President, Major Account Development for Acara Solutions. Delaney is responsible for leading, developing and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on consulting, statement of work (SOW), and traditional and non-traditional staffing with major DOD, aerospace and related companies. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.
Debra is Vice President of Business Development, South Region for Acara. Debra manages overall business development strategies in the South Region, focusing on the achievement of revenue and profitability goals through the application of consistent and effective sales strategies. Debra attended Chapman University and Texas Christian University.
Jim Nichiporuk is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales Strategy and Delivery for Acara Solutions. Jim helps prospective and current enterprise/national customers develop talent acquisition and management solutions that capitalize on cost savings opportunities and maximize productivity. Nichiporuk has over twenty years of solution selling and staffing/recruiting experience and obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management/Finance from Keuka College.
James Stronach is the Vice President of Delivery and Development for Broadleaf. James has amassed over fifteen years of experience in strategic talent acquisition planning, culture and talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Having worked extensively in both internal corporate and vendor/partner environments, he brings a passion for employee engagement and process improvement to his role as Vice President of Delivery and Development. James holds his degree in Economics, Management Studies, and Organization Psychology from the University of Rochester.
Emily Paul is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Aleron. Emily is responsible for the development of Aleron’s marketing, public relations, and communications strategy, contributing to the organizational strategic operations and approach across all regions and businesses. Emily is a community leader with over eighteen years of hands-on marketing and business development experience. Prior to joining Aleron, Emily was the Director of Marketing for Goldberg Segalla LLP, one of the fastest growing law firms in the United States.
