Broadleaf Named to HRO Today’s MSP Baker’s Dozen List in 2025

Broadleaf Results, an industry leader in total talent management services, was named to HRO Today’s 2025 Baker’s Dozen List for Managed Service Providers (MSP) for the eleventh time. These rankings recognize the top 13 contingent labor and management providers based entirely on results from customer satisfaction surveys.

“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list,” said Brian Christel, President of Broadleaf. “This consistent recognition for MSP services reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in solving our clients’ complex talent acquisition challenges. We remain dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating customized solutions that drive value for our partners in an ever-evolving talent landscape.”

HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey distributed directly to customers. Its Baker’s Dozen rankings are calculated using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance. HRO Today ranks overall scores from survey responses and analyzes results in three areas: breadth of service, program size, and quality. Broadleaf was included in all categories.

In addition to inclusion on this year’s MSP list, Broadleaf has also been named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list for top providers of Total Workforce Solutions.
