Senior Vice President, Major Account Development
Chris Delaney is the Vice President, Major Account Development for Acara Solutions. Chris is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategic planning and growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability with both existing and new business development growth. With over 20 years of industry experience, he specializes in strategic sales of innovative workforce solutions and also leads our statement of work (SOW) service offering. Chris has a knack for cultivating successful client relationships with major players in the aerospace and defense industry by remedying our customers’ complex workforce challenges.
Prior to his current role, Chris served as Acara’s Director of Client Recruiting Services, where he managed internal recruitment strategies and worked externally with customers to provide personalized recruitment and talent acquisition solutions to best fit their needs. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University.
