Earl Cantwell serves as General Counsel of Aleron Group. Earl handles all legal matters for our suite of Aleron companies and oversees the Legal, Contracts, and Risk Departments. He and his team negotiate all Aleron contracts at the local, state, federal, and international levels. His keen eye for detail and impressive knowledge of the industry helps him to ensure that Aleron is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. In his oversight of the Risk Department, Earl also studies the effectiveness of our internal processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiencies are achieved.  

Earl previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Aleron Group, serving as the head of litigation and North American labor and employment law compliance.  Prior to joining Aleron, Earl and was a labor and employment litigator at several prominent western New York firms. Earl is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received both his BA and JD. He is a Forty Under 40 award recipient and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Parkside Community Association, and the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association. He also serves as Corporate Secretary of the Niagara Frontier Corporate Counsel Association.
