Vice President, Enterprise Sales Strategy and Delivery

Jim Nichiporuk is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales Strategy and Delivery for Acara Solutions. A veteran in solution sales and organizational planning, Jim is tasked with overseeing all sales strategies and business development activities. He also leads our Enterprise Sales and Key Accounts departments while overseeing delivery and recruiting efforts for both teams. His easy-going nature and proven track record of success help current and prospective clients in successfully developing their talent acquisition and management solutions. Jim has an appetite for working closely with customers to increase productivity, capitalize on cost savings opportunities, and maximize return on investment.  

A seasoned veteran of our industry with over 20 years of experience, Jim has worked for several large recruiting organizations throughout his professional career in driving strategy and executing deliverables for marquee enterprise clients. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management/Finance from Keuka College.
