Lynne Marie Finn serves as President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, one of the largest WBENC-certified woman-owned workforce solutions organizations in the United States. Broadleaf provides a suite of HR and total talent management services to Fortune 500 through mid-size companies across an array of industries. In her role, Lynne leads Broadleaf’s executive team in delivering a suite of comprehensive talent solutions to customers while spearheading the company’s strategic growth initiative.
The staffing industry has consistently recognized Lynne for her leadership, including being named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 – recognizing the top 100 staffing leaders in the U.S. – and also as an SIA Global Power 150 Woman. The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) has honored Lynne as a Business Star, and she was awarded the prestigious ATHENA Leadership Award through the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.
Lynne currently serves on the Board and as Secretary of the Committee of 200 (C200) – an invitation-only international women’s business organization – and as Vice Chair of the Women President’s Educational Organization (WPEO.) Lynne is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Regional Advisory Board and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Burchfield Penney Art Center.
Prior to joining the Broadleaf team, Lynne served as an Assistant District Attorney for Erie County, NY and was in private practice, specializing in employment law. Lynne earned her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Executive Editor of Law and Policy in International Business Journal. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo and is a member of Phi Betta Kappa.
