Scott Stenclik, President and CEO of Aleron, has been named to Buffalo Business First’s 2025 Power 250. The list, released annually, includes the most influential people in Buffalo and western New York.

Since joining Aleron in 1986, Stenclik has helped the company evolve into one of the area’s largest and highest-performing talent acquisition providers and workforce solutions nationwide.
Stenclik is actively involved in the western New York community. He sits on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations, including the Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology and TechBuffalo, and serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
He is also proud to support the region’s startup business community through organizations such as 43North and LaunchNY. He serves on Varia Ventures’ Advisory Board and is also a member of Buffalo Angels through the WNY Venure Association.
