On May 22, 2023, Aleron Group, a global workforce and business solutions company, announced the promotion of Sharon Miller to Vice President of Human Resources.
Sharon has been with Aleron for 24 years and has made significant contributions to the growth and success of our HR department and Aleron as a whole. As Vice President of HR, Sharon will oversee all aspects of our human resources operations, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Sharon will also develop and drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness strategy to support the success of all Aleron companies.

In her prior role as the Director of Human Resources at Aleron, Sharon acted as a trusted advisor to the organization’s management and senior leadership teams and was responsible for HR operations, employee relations, change management, and compliance while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring best practices. Sharon is a member of Aleron’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Steering Committee, responsible for implementing company-wide training, enhanced internal and external communications, and improved succession planning.
Sharon graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport and resides in Lancaster, New York.
