Broadleaf Results, a leading provider of total talent management services, was named to HRO Today’s 2022 Baker’s Dozen List for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firms. These rankings recognize the top RPO providers in the U.S. based on customer survey results.
In addition to inclusion on this year’s Overall Midsize Deal RPO Leaders list, Broadleaf has also been named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list of the top providers for Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Total Workforce Solutions.

HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey that is distributed directly to customers, and its Baker’s Dozen rankings are calculated using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance. HRO Today ranks overall scores from survey responses and analyzes results in three areas: service breadth, company size, and quality.
