Aleron Group is proud to announce the promotion of Earl Cantwell to General Counsel. In his new role, Earl will oversee all legal matters for Aleron Group’s suite of companies and lead the Legal, Contracts, and Risk Departments. With his extensive legal expertise, Earl will continue to guide Aleron in corporate compliance, labor issues, and contract negotiation.
Earl previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Aleron, where he focused on litigation and North American labor and employment law compliance. Before joining Aleron, Earl built a successful career as a labor and employment litigator at several top Western New York firms. He holds both a BA and JD from the University at Buffalo, is a Forty Under 40 award recipient, and remains an active community leader, having served on the boards of several organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Parkside Community Association, and the University at Buffalo Law Alumni Association. Earl also serves as Corporate Secretary of the Niagara Frontier Corporate Counsel Association.
