Over the past 12 months, Newman took over a new team of eight recruiters and led them to surpass their gross margin hiring goals with little to no turnover. In addition, he oversees a successful team in India and travels there yearly to coach them.
In recruiting, Newman says, there are ups and downs. While his achievements are often quantified in numbers and graphs, he takes most pride in keeping a positive mindset and helping others reach their full potential.
