Scott Stenclik Joins Board of TechBuffalo

Scott Stenclik, President and CEO of Aleron Group, recently joined the Board of Directors of TechBuffalo—a leading nonprofit talent and training initiative seeking to spur significant growth within western New York’s emerging technology scene. Backed by a $2 million grant from Empire State Development—along with a $500,000 loan from the Western New York Impact Investment Fund—TechBuffalo is aiming to create 5,000 full-time technology and engineering jobs in the coming years.

“I am honored to be joining the Board of Directors of such an emerging organization—one that is making a positive difference in our community,” said Stenclik. “As a lifelong resident of western New York, I look forward to working with Michael Moskal and the rest of the board in promoting our great city as a growing hub for innovation and technology in the Northeast.”

In addition to his involvement with TechBuffalo, Stenclik has been committed to the success of the western New York area. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit organizations, including the Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology (BCAT), Buffalo Museum of Science, and Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
