Marc Sweger is the Vice President of Client Solutions and Delivery for Acara. With over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and human capital industry, Marc’s specialties lie in technical and professional recruitment. He oversees the professional growth of Acara staff dedicated to client management, recruiting management, and operations. The success of Marc’s teams is built on critical thinking, accountability, and empathy.

A lifelong staffing and recruiting professional, Marc has worked for a variety of national firms throughout his career. He began his career as a Technical Recruiter before taking on greater responsibilities as an Account Executive, Branch Manager, and Regional Director of Business Development. He has been well known for his sales prowess, operations expertise, and recruiting excellence throughout the Midwest.

Marc graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with his degree in Marketing. He was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa and participated in the school’s Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) leadership courses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indy Premier Soccer Club.
