Mark Stuhlmiller serves as General Counsel for Aleron. Mark handles all legal matters for our suite of Aleron companies and oversees the Legal and Contracts department, which negotiates local, state, federal, and international contractual agreements. His keen eye for detail and impressive knowledge of the industry helps him to ensure that Aleron is compliant with all national and international laws and regulations. He also studies the effectiveness of our internal processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiencies are achieved.
Mark brings extensive experience to Aleron in advising international companies in the staffing and workforce solutions space. He previously served as in-house legal counsel at a multinational IT staffing and recruiting company. Mark is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he received both his JD and MBA in Management Information Systems. He received his LLM in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Mark also teaches business law, economics, and managerial accounting as an Adjunct Professor at the University at Buffalo, Niagara University, and Medaille College.
