Sharon Miller works as Vice President of Human Resources at Aleron. In her role, Sharon develops and drives employee engagement and organizational effectiveness strategy to support the success of all Aleron Companies. Aligning her vast industry experience and strong people skills, she helps implement HR best practices while identifying long-term strategic talent management initiatives. Sharon strives to align human resource strategies with business objectives to boost company-wide performance.

As a member of the Aleron team for two and a half decades, Sharon deeply understands our company culture. Sharon graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport and resides in Lancaster, New York.
