For 20 years, Tony has worked to further the interests of our organization, initially joining us as a Proposal Writer. Shortly after, he was promoted to lead our Communications function, a role through which he gained significant knowledge about Aleron’s operations and contributed to their continual improvement. Most recently, Tony has been building and championing Exceed CX and helping to propel Aleron’s strategic planning efforts as the Director of Client Experience and Strategy.

As Chief of Staff—a critical role for our organization—Tony will be partnering with senior leadership to optimize operational efficiency and to contribute to Aleron’s strategic direction. He will serve as primary advisor to our CEOs, supporting their interests both inside and outside of the Aleron companies. Additionally, Tony will continue with his important work in Exceed CX and strategic planning, both of which are vital as Aleron moves closer to its milestone of 70 years in business!
