Known for its continued dedication to forward-thinking workforce and productivity solutions, Aleron commits to strategically enhancing its market position through the hire of Emily Paul to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Beginning April 16th, Emily is responsible for the development of Aleron’s marketing, public relations, and communications strategy, contributing to the organizational strategic operations and approach across all regions and businesses in conjunction with company leaders. In years to come, Emily will play an important role in the innovation of all Aleron companies, spreading word of brand abilities and services through design strategy, marketing content and social media platforms.
Emily is a community leader with over eighteen years of hands-on marketing and business development experience. In her most recent position as Director of Marketing for Goldberg Segalla LLP, she was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies for one of the fastest growing law firms in the United States. Her focus was on both the maintenance and promotion of the firm brand through public and media relations, content marketing, and educational initiatives. Prior to her Director position, she served as Marketing Manager for Hodgson Russ, LLP where she developed and implemented the firm’s marketing strategies and managed all department operations.
Emily obtained her undergraduate degree in Studio Art from William Smith College in Geneva, NY and has demonstrated a strong ability to lead marketing strategies from vision to action, and to efficiently lead teams and departments. Her talent for creative strategy and brand management will help advance Aleron’s position as a global workforce and productivity solutions organization.
