Aleron Named to Western New York Top Private Companies List

Aleron, Buffalo’s largest talent acquisition, workforce and business solutions company, was recently named to Buffalo Business First’s 2019 Western New York Top Private Companies List. Aleron was fourth on the list, which ranked the 69 top private businesses in the region by 2018 revenue.

“As a leading workforce solutions and outsourcing firm, we are excited to be recognized as one of the top privately owned businesses in our region,” said Scott Stenclik, Aleron’s CEO. “We were founded in Buffalo in 1957, and we’re proud to have grown as an organization that ranks among the very best businesses in Western New York. Our goal is to continue our growth and sustain our support of the Buffalo and Western New York business communities.”

Aleron’s inclusion on the top private companies list comes soon after the relocation of its global headquarters to downtown Buffalo. Aleron has supported Buffalo businesses, arts, and culture since its founding, and the relocation of its headquarters furthers its contributions to Buffalo’s economic and cultural strength.

Outside of Western New York, Aleron Group—comprised of Acara Solutions, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, and Viaduct—operates offices throughout the United States and maintains international operations in Argentina, Belgium, Canada, China, India, Mexico, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Aleron’s clients, many of which are Fortune 100 companies, are in industries such as advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense, engineering, IT, finance, and professional services.
