Broadleaf Named to HRO Today’s MSP Baker’s Dozen List in 2021

Broadleaf Results, an industry leader in total talent management services, was named to HRO Today’s 2021 Baker’s Dozen List for Managed Service Providers (MSP) for the ninth consecutive year. These rankings recognize the top 13 contingent labor and management providers based entirely on results from customer satisfaction surveys.

“Inclusion on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list is a tremendous honor, and our Broadleaf team is thrilled to again be recognized with this award,” said Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Broadleaf. “As our clients have attested in their survey responses, Broadleaf is committed to solving workforce challenges and providing an A+ Experience in the strategic delivery of our MSP programs.”

HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey that is distributed directly to customers, and its Baker’s Dozen rankings are calculated using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance. HRO Today ranks overall scores from survey responses and analyzes results in three areas: breadth of service, program size, and quality.

In addition to inclusion on this year’s MSP list, Broadleaf has also been named to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list for top providers of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Total Workforce Solutions.
