Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, was recently named a 2021 HRO Today Provider Superstar. In an annual special feature published each December, Finn was recognized as an HR leader that has gone above and beyond to support her team and the health and well-being of Broadleaf’s employees. Three categories of HR leadership were highlighted—Providers, Practitioners, and Consultants/Advisors/Analysts/Academics/Investors/Thought Leaders.

Broadleaf is a certified WBE and Finn is a longtime advocate of advancing women in business, having served on the Boards of various women’s business organizations including C200, WBENC, WBEC-NY, and WIPP.
