Congratulations to Navin Gautham, Director and Country Manager of Aleron Shared Resources, for being listed in CEO Insights as a 2022 Top Country Manager. Responsible for business development in a new country or region, a Country Manager works within growing industries experiencing global expansion and manages all operations including recruitment, budgets, planning, and reporting.
Gautham manages Aleron’s India operations. Having been with the company since its days as Summit HR India and Superior Talent India, Gautham has held a variety of roles critical to the business’ growth and success and has witnessed the company grow from 23 to 180 employees.
“It’s all about the idea that you treat your client the same way your treat yourself,” said Gautham. In recruiting, relationships and connections are important. Listening, being attentive, having realistic expectations, and understanding a client’s entire strategy are important in fostering a strong business relationship.
When asked about technology in the talent acquisition industry, Gautham said, “tools like job boards and social media networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter are growing more prevalent in the world of recruiting.” Remote and hybrid work is becoming standard and has forced organizations to be more technologically and operationally focused. Companies are benefitting from the ability to hire a worker from anywhere and can measure the employee’s productivity and effectiveness using technology.
Gautham graduated from Madras University in India where he studied electronics and communications engineering.
