“I am proud to be included on this list, joining the likes of so many prominent difference-makers in the Buffalo region,” said Stenclik. “As this community has given our family-owned business a place to thrive for over 60 years, it is a true honor to be recognized as a catalyst of change and growth in western New York.”

In addition to his Power 250 commendation, Stenclik is a four-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 Award, which honors the top leaders within the workforce and talent acquisition industry.

He also plays an active role within the region’s startup business community and provides support to organizations like 43North, LaunchNY, Endeavor, Varia Ventures, and the Western New York Venture Association.
