Scott Stenclik Named to Business First’s Power 250 List

Scott Stenclik, CEO of Acara Solutions, was recently named to the Buffalo Business First 2022 Power 250 list. This annual distinction—which is constructed by a panel of Business First editors and reporters—recognizes the most influential individuals in western New York.

“I am proud to be included on this list, joining the likes of so many prominent difference-makers in the Buffalo region,” said Stenclik. “As this community has given our family-owned business a place to thrive for over 60 years, it is a true honor to be recognized as a catalyst of change in western New York.”

In addition to his Power 250 commendation, Stenclik is a four-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 Award, which honors the top leaders within the workforce and talent acquisition industry.

Stenclik is a recognizable presence within the western New York community, holding board of director positions with institutions like the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Buffalo Museum of Science, Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT), and TechBuffalo. He also plays an active role within the region’s startup business community and provides support to organizations like 43North, LaunchNY, Endeavor, Varia Ventures, and the Western New York Venture Association.
