Carol Riley is Vice President of Customer Engagement at AleronCarol achieves customer excellence through maintaining and improving client satisfaction. With her warm demeanor and knack for connecting with customers, she is known as a trusted resource in driving our best-in-class approach to workforce solutions. Carol also pursues business growth and profitability through additional service lines within the suite of Aleron companies. 

Carol leverages her previous experience as the Vice President of Client Delivery for Broadleaf. As a member of our organization for more than 30 years, she has a proven history of working with national customers on a consultative basis and helping them develop best practices. Carol received her degree from Bryant & Stratton College and also holds a certificate from Canisius College’s Leadership for Women program.
