Aleron, a global provider of business and workforce solutions, announced that Carol Riley will become its new Vice President of Business Intelligence. Riley has worked at Aleron for over 30 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Customer Engagement.
As Vice President of Business Intelligence, Riley will bolster Aleron’s growing business intelligence capabilities. She will help to define, prioritize, and manage strategic and operational BI work to optimize the power of data within Aleron’s workforce solutions programs. Riley will lend support to the organization’s executive leadership team to make more strategic and data-driven business decisions.

In her previous role as Vice President of Customer Engagement, Riley supported business development efforts while maintaining client relationships with many of Aleron’s longstanding clients. A trusted resource in driving best-in-class workforce solutions, she pursued business growth and profitability by exploring additional services lines within Aleron Group.
A Buffalo native, Riley currently resides in Grand Island, NY.
