Centered at our downtown headquarters, Cam has wide-ranging sales and recruitment expertise at Acara. He oversees the proposal process to generate new business for the company. Cam is also responsible for developing innovative, comprehensive recruitment strategies that give our organization an advantage over our competitor’s sales and marketing approaches, recruitment tools, branding, planning, and retention.
With a warm demeanor and knack for connecting with clients, Carol is a trusted resource in driving Aleron’s best-in-class approach to workforce solutions. She also pursues business growth and profitability through additional service lines within the suite of Aleron companies. As a previous Vice President of Client Delivery for Broadleaf, Carol has a proven history of working with national clients on a consultative basis and helping them develop best practices in talent acquisition and management.
Throughout his time with Acara, Bart has provided workforce and staffing solutions to numerous clients across various industries. He works to advance our competitive positioning and company-wide growth while also playing a critical role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and providing high-level strategic thinking. Bart is an expert in staff augmentation, workforce management, and master vendor implementations.
With a remarkable 105 years of combined experience at Aleron, Cam, Carol, and Bart have played an integral role in our companies’ stories. Their unwavering dedication, exceptional work ethic, and deep commitment to our organization’s mission and values have been fundamental to our growth and success. The extensive expertise they have accumulated throughout their longstanding tenure is invaluable to our team and has played a pivotal role in shaping our accomplishments.
